What is an account owner? How can I change the account owner on my account?
The My.ComMetrics.com account owner is the person who originally set up your My.ComMetrics.com account. The account owner is the only person who can up/downgrade plans, change credit card billing information, and cancel accounts.

Where can I find our invoices or get a copy of an invoice?
The My.ComMetrics.com account owner can log in to their My.ComMetrics.com account, click the Account tab, and scroll down below the account chart. All the invoices ever posted to the account will be listed there.

How do we update or change our credit card?
The account owner can change the credit card used for monthly My.ComMetrics.com billing by going to the Dashboard and clicking on the “Account” tab.

Once on the Account screen, click the “Change or update our card” link in the grey box near the top of the screen.
