Please tell us about the error that happened, whilst you were using the web-based My.ComMetrics.com benchmarking software. In turn, this will enable us in serving you better and faster. All we ask is that you do as follows:

1) provide us with the link / URL where it happened;

2) it is really helpful for us if you give us a screenshot of the problem, with a link on Flickr or anyplace else where we can download it easily from;

3) copy and paste the error message you received into the message box; AND

4) anything else you find important for us to know, please tell us.

We ask you to be patient with us, it may take up to 72 hours for us to respond with a solution to your request. But respond we will!
