Indicators scored
This section has three questions which are:

1) Contacting blog owner is made easier by providing:

    0 = other (e.g., general contact information for the company)
    1 = very bad – neither street address nor telephone provided / possible Twittername or contact form)
    2 = average – physical address (e.g., name of person/company, street and town including zip code) as well as phone number provided somewhere
    3 = very good – one-click away – contact form and physical address (e.g., name of person/company, street and town including zip code) as well as phone number
    9 = missing data – reasons as no sufficient data found on blog or data not entered yet

2) Find one’s way: blog archive is being provided

    0 = other
    1 = very bad – either difficult to find (e.g., click for previous posts at buttom of page), looks unprofessional, or just a list of tags, categories, etc.
    2 = average – archive is given and easy to navigate
    3 = very good – all the above AND archive with year and month (e.g., unfold, or click for complete page of months/years in archive)
    9 = missing data – reasons as no sufficient data found on blog or data not entered yet

3) Categories for postings: help users find the content they need

    0 = other
    1 = very bad – 5 or less categories (or difficult to find)
    2 = average – easy to find – > 5 – categories used in archive for achieving improved structure
    3 = very good – > than 5 categories AND nicely structured (e.g., sub-groups), making it easy to drill down into specialized content
    9 = missing data – reasons as no sufficient data found on blog or data not entered yet
